Busch Gardens Williamsburg to offer Fun Card
Busch Gardens Williamsburg: It seems as though Busch Gardens is going to offer a Fun Card, similiar to what Busch Gardens Tampa does.
Guess what. Busch Gardens Williamsburg is offering a Fun Card (like Busch Gardens Tampa does). "Just pay for a day and get unlimited visits to Busch Gardens through September 4, 2006." Sounds like a pretty sweet deal.
But not is you're planning to go to Howl-O-Scream. Single day admission is $52...plus $8 for parking and you're at $60. So, basically, you've gotten a summer season pass for sixty bucks, except that every time you come, you'll pay to park. Let's say you go twice, so there's $68 dollars. Now, you come back in the fall for HOS, and it'll be another $60 (admission + parking). So, two visits in the summer, plus one to Howl-O-Scream, will cost you $128. On the other hand, a Silver Passport, which is good for the entire season, including Howl-O-Scream, and includes free parking and a 10% discount on all purchases in the park, is $110...$18 less. The deal only gets better the more times you go/buy anything.
So, if you're not a Howl-O-Scream fan, you'd have to go 7 times before buying the passport would be the better deal. If you are, however, you're better off sticking with the passport.
