Theme Park Insider Awards, as well as the recommendations on our theme park listing pages. So if you want to have a say in our awards and our recommendations in 2021, subscribing to the newsletter is your first step.
Starting next Monday, I will be emailing Theme Park Insider's newsletter subscribers links to the surveys we will be using to determine the winners of the 20th annualNeed to sign up? Here is where to do that. The newsletter comes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and includes links to new stories and discussions on the site, as well as to select ticket deals.
The email survey links will be specific to each subscriber, so people will be able to submit just once for each category. That means that if you would like your friends, family, or co-workers to participate, you can't just forward them your link. They will need to subscribe for themselves to vote. (So just forward them the subscription link, instead!)
We will not publish anyone's individual votes, however — only the aggregate results. The email surveys will determine the six finalists in each award category. In mid-December, we will put the finalists in each category up for a vote on the front page of ThemeParkInsider.com, before announcing the Theme Park Insider Award winners on January 1, 2021.
On that day, we also will debut our new theme park listing pages, which will include new recommendations based upon the email surveys. Those recommendations will replace our current attraction voting system.
I will explain more in the newsletter about each vote and the criteria in the various categories. Again, it all starts next Monday, so be sure to sign up this week if you want to take part in all the categories. And thank you, as always, for being part of the Theme Park Insider community.
