Hersheypark is trying to make the holidays a little bit sweeter this year with the return of its Halloween and Christmas events.
Hersheypark in the Dark expands to five weekends this year, running from October 2 through November 1. The event runs from 5-9pm on Fridays and 2-9pm on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to lights-out rides on the indoor spinning coaster Laff Traxx, and nighttime rides on Comet, Lightning Racer, and Wildcat, the new Bolliger & Mabillard hypercoaster Candymonium will be open for its first Halloween event, which will feature an orange-lit Kisses Fountain.
In addition, guests ages 12 and under can hit 13 candy stops along a new Trick or Treat Trail through The Boardwalk At Hersheypark to Hershey's Chocolate World.
After Halloween, Hersheypark Christmas Candylane will run select dates from November 13 through January 3, 2021. In addition to the coasters and other attractions, Santa will be on hand to greet guests. And more than five million holiday lights will decorate the park for the season, including at the holiday light show, Noel.
If you're looking for even more lights, the drive-through Hershey Sweet Lights attraction also will be open, with tickets and schedule available later this month.
Tickets for Hersheypark in the Dark and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane are available now on the Hersheypark website.
