California theme parks are coming back. Earlier this week, Knott's Berry Farm reopened its California Marketplace shopping and dining area. Now, today, Universal Studios Hollywood has taken its first step back with the reopening of its CityWalk.
Universal's shopping and dining district will be open from noon to 8pm daily, starting today. Self parking will be free. Initially, the following locations will be open:
Voodoo Doughnut
Johnny Rockets
Blaze Pizza
Starbucks
Crepe Cafe
Pizza Hut & KFC
Taco Bell
Buca di Beppo
Shoe Palace
Skechers
Guess Accessories
All locations will have limited capacity to maintain safe social distancing. Hours, available locations, and parking fees are subject to change.
Temperature checks will be required upon arrival, and guests will have to wear masks while visiting CityWalk.
No word yet on a reopening date for the theme park, though Universal has asked Los Angeles County for permission to open in early July.
TweetI want Ludo Bird. Though I could go for another round of my Antojitos vs. Margaritaville nachos debate that I will never resolve because I am committed to the perpetual collection of "data."
Those three places are always on my list, but I always end up doing the catch a movie with my AMC A-List and then GET OUT OF THERE!

Guess it's time to throw on the TPI Follow Me shirt and see what this is all about!
Of course, I don't have a need to visit any of those restaurants/stores.
