Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
Walt Disney World today officially opens its new "Old Port Royale" hub atThe moderate resort's new lobby also features a couple of newly-imagined restaurants, in addition to all-new decor.
Centertown Market is the resort's new food court, serving salads, pizza, sandwiches, and burgers, in addition to some Latin- and Caribbean-inspired fare, to reflect the resort's theme. Breakfast items include Pineapple-Banana Pancakes, Strawberry Guava French Toast and a Breakfast Cuban sandwich ($6.99 - $8.79), while Dinner options include a Caribbean Taco Trio, Caribbean Beef and Chorizo Blend Burger, Jerk Chicken & Pineapple Pizza. Entrees run $9.99-$13.49. (The food court is not open for lunch. Hey, you're supposed to be hitting the parks.)
Sebastian's Bistro is the resort's new table service restaurant, named for The Little Mermaid character. (Pause to note the irony here.) Sebastian's is open for lunch and dinner, and yes, crab cakes are on the menu. Other options include Chimichurri steak, Jerk chicken, curries, and citrus-stuffed sustainable whole fish at dinner. Entree prices range from $12-28 at lunch and up to $34 at dinner.

My family and I only stayed at Caribbean Beach once, way back in early 1990. Do remember at the time how the food court was a letdown for us to the point we'd wait till we got to the parks or Village Marketplace for a meal. Good to see it improved as needed a new table service place to pick it up a bit more for guests.
