Monday round-up: First look at 'Out of the Shadow Land'

June 27, 2016, 11:17 PM · Tokyo Disney has released a new promotional video for its upcoming live show, Out of the Shadow Land. This 25-minute musical tells the story of a shy girl as she develops the self-confidence to escape the evil shadow land in which she's been lost. The show opens July 9 in the new Hangar Stage in the park's Lost River Delta and will feature music by Japanese pop singer Angela Aki.

Disney also announced today that it will publish a new children's book about the Haunted Mansion. The 32-page book will include a CD and is part of a new "Disney Parks Presents" series that will include future books about Pirates of the Caribbean and the Jungle Cruise. The book will be sold starting next week at Disney theme parks, as well as on Amazon.com. (Affiliate link)

Finally, Disneyland Paris is getting new road signs — the first full replacement of the signs around the resort since 1994. Work on the 21 new signs is expected to be completed by August.
