If you are heading to the parks today, keep in mind that this will be one of the busiest days of the year. Parks will be filled to near-capacity all weekend long. Heck, with more and more schools taking the whole week long, crowds have been crazy-big all week.
Today would be a perfect day to visit Disney... if only 50 gajillion people hadn't also had the same idea.

Our advice? Focus on the reason behind the holiday — giving thanks, and practice of humility that makes it possible to give thanks. Crowd sizes will force you to slow down in the parks this weekend. Take that opportunity to look for the details you might rush past on more "normal" days. Get a show schedule and seek out the extra entertainment that parks often add on bust days such as this. Mix up your typical itinerary and visit some of the less-popular rides, shows and walk-throughs you haven't visited in years.
And if people who've forgotten the spirit of this holiday cut you off or otherwise make you mad? Let it go. Give thanks that you're just here, in this position. Be humble, enjoy the day.
Oh, and one more thing: Take note of cast and team members' names, and thank them for working on this holiday so that you can enjoy another lovely day in the parks!
