What's new at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Presented by Chase (besides that little addition to the name)? A vegan marketplace with something that tastes just like chicken, Florida local cuisine and zapiekanskis in Poland. Here's a preview of the new dishes being served at the festival, which opened today.
