Here are the cute-animal photos released this week by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. First up, an animal rescue from SeaWorld San Diego:
Our little rescued California sea otter pup is doing fantastic. She is now living out at our Rocky Point Preserve sea otter nursery and guests in the park can see her in the pool through a viewing window. She still has a great appetite and continues to gain weight. She’s now tipping the scale at nearly 20 pounds. Our vets and animal care team are very pleased with her progress and are continuing with her medical treatments to ensure her health stays strong.
From Busch Gardens Tampa:
Busch Gardens' hoof-stock care team is currently hand raising a baby female Thomson's gazelle. The baby weighed just over four pounds at birth on February 25. When the calf refused to take milk from its mother, the park's animal care team started bottle-feeding the baby. She is now receiving five bottle feedings each day and is weighed daily to monitor her health. At about four weeks old, she has already gained more than two pounds. This baby will remain in the park’s back area until she is healthy enough to join the herd of Thomson's gazelles on the 65-acre Serengeti Plain.
Also, from Busch Gardens, the park's five-week-old baby cheetah:
If the photo isn't enough for you, the park also has released this video:
Finally, speaking of cheetahs, Busch Gardens mashed up some on-track test video with lot of CGI to create this music video with POV of its soon-to-debut Cheetah Hunt roller coaster.
