You'd think the most important thing about a good pizza would be the flour, or the sauce, or the cheese and toppings. Not at Via Napoli, the new pizzeria at Epcot's Italy pavilion. Also, looks like you and Robert are in agreement about the fritto misto. Definitely a must-taste next time I'm around.
