Ghostwood Estates was a great idea. Closing the Goldrusher for it was not. I see a trend. There can be a balance here, but that's not what they are doing.
Trust me, I understand wanting to hold on to the classic look-and-feel of Kennywood, but I see nothing bad about the addition of this new coaster. It will stimulate a nice bump up in attendance next year and help pave the way for the continued success of the park. In the end, continued success is what all fans want to see happen. Right? No one wants their favorite amusement park to become a museum.
