Captain America: The Ride?

Will there be an attraction and who will get it?

With the latest Marvel Hero movie, Captain America, set to launch will it stimulate enough interest to spawn a Park attraction ?
If it does: then who'll go for it ? Could it provide a fresh launch for Universal's Islands of Adventure, with changes supposedly already being discussed ,or will Disney view it as an opportunity to revive Hollywood Studios ?

Well, since Disney owns the Character, I would assume Disney would have it in their parks.

The Captain and the Flash were my favorite heroes as a kid. there's no Flash ride/attraction (unless you count FlashPass!) If there is to be a Captain America ride or attraction, it'll be in Florida or California, and I probably ain't getting to either one of THOSE states anytime soon. That being said, I'm more curious which superhero will rule the box office...Cap or Green Lantern. GL has probably won the coaster war, since I can't see any park having a Captain America ROLLER COASTER or FLAT RIDE ready for the summer. It would have been announced by now, unless they re-theme an existing ride. A show, on the other hand, could still be put together in this time frame.

I think we'd see an Iron Man ride first (especially now that Disney bought the rights back from Paramount). But the issue of where is pretty complicated. If the reported terms of character usage are correct, Islands can't add anything new and Disney can't have it east of the Mississippi.

What I wonder is how different the DCA renovations would have been if Disney had gotten Marvel sooner. It would have been a no brainer to retheme an entire area to Marvel...

^^Hey Mike, you may be in luck, it sounds like the new kiddie coaster going into SFMM will be called Little Flash!
