The spring food-and-music event kicks off February 3 and runs through April 7 this year, with headliner concerts on Saturday nights and three Sundays through March 25. This year's performers are:

Every night of the Mardi Gras festival — which is included with regular park admission to Universal Studios Florida — will feature musical entertainment and Cajun food for sale in the park's French Quarter Courtyard, located between the Mummy and Jimmy Fallon rides. Each night also will feature a family-friendly Mardi Gras parade, with abundant free beads and six new floats among the 12 units: Andromeda, Orion, Scorpius, Serpentarius, Taurus, and Virgo.
