The attraction, which closes for refurbishment with the election of each new President, will reopen with its new President Trump animatronic, several months after what had become the typical reopening time whenever a new President takes office.
Disney has confirmed that Trump has recorded remarks for inclusion of the show, following a tradition established under President Clinton.
Whether Trump was or was not recording a speech for the show fueled rumors about the attraction's status as the anticipated July 4 reopening of the Magic Kingdom show approached... and passed with the production shuttered. Now we know the real story — or at least we can see the results of it, starting tomorrow in Florida.

I do so wish I had plans for a trip to WDW in the future. At least I could say that I was boycotting the Hall of Presidents intentionally.
