The second run of the festival will open on January 12 and continue daily through February 19. The event celebrates visual, performing, and culinary arts and fills much of the gap between Epcot's two biggest festivals: the Food and Wine Festival in the fall and the Flower and Garden Festival in the spring.
The event will feature visual art seminars and workshops, culinary "studios" selling various food and drinks, and a Disney on Broadway series that will run on Fridays through Mondays during the festival. The Disney on Broadway series features performers from Disney Theatrical productions reprising Broadway roles in performance at the park, three times nightly, four nights per week.
Disney is selling dining packages for the Disney on Broadway concerts. Information is available on Disney's website.
