Even though the food and parade will run for all 50 days, headliner concerts will feature on 12 of the nights. Here's the line-up:

Concerts are included with park admission to Universal Studios Florida, though some annual passholders will be blocked out from USF admission on concert dates. In addition, Universal is expanding the Mardi Gras Parade this year, adding six floats. The event also included Cajun food stands and other live bands performing in park's temporary French Quarter Courtyard.

In addition to the 7 pm concerts on Gwazi Field, the Busch Gardens event will include speciality food stands offering selections from duck tacos and brown sugar rubbed pork belly to gator bites and cabernet-filled chocolates, as well as wines, craft beer, and cocktails.
