Universal Studios Singapore launches teaser campaign for Transformers: The Ride

August 22, 2011, 9:59 PM · Universal Studios Singapore has made official that Transformers: The Ride will open in December 2011. To build anticipation for the new ride, the park's also started a new blog, promising updates and teasers for the 3D motion ride.

Universal Creative president Mark Woodbury gave us a few details about the new ride in his recent interview with Theme Park Insider. And U.S. fans will get to see the same ride in 2012, when Transformers debuts at Universal Studios Hollywood.

August 23, 2011 at 3:50 AM · I am visiting Singapore and Los Angeles in October. What a catastrophic wrong time to plan my trips! I thought Transformers would be open by October, oh well.

August 23, 2011 at 12:57 PM · @Dominick - please explain how you know that Spider-Man looks better considering they showed ZERO parts of the Transformers ride? You're comparing a ride that's been out for years versus something that only a handful of people in the world even have access to.

I'm not even a fan of the Transformers movies and I think this ride could possibly blow away Spider-Man.

August 23, 2011 at 8:17 PM · It looks awesome. It is the most anticipated ride for me ever. I can't wait to experience it for my self next year in Hollywood. The few images shown in the teaser is just what I expected to see in a ride like this.
